Ivette Villà is a singer and composer from Vilassar de Dalt. Influenced since childhood by progressive rock and jazz — a direct inheritance from her father —, at the age of 19 she began to define her own voice that draws on folk and trip-hop. After six years as the vocalist of Trífida, she began a more personal path, collaborating with several artists from the Barcelona scene and delving deeper into an honest artistic proposal. Her songs are born from experience, travel and a look towards the rawest emotions, with a sensitivity that oscillates between fragility and intensity. She currently presents her live performance accompanied by prominent musicians from the Barcelona alternative scene: Jaume Estalella on guitar and Albert Lax on bass, creating a live, intense, warm and organic performance.
