Since 2017, we have been visiting the best events, fairs and festivals in Catalonia with our signature sandwiches. We reinterpret the classic bar sandwiches, combining them with products such as individual loaves of farmhouse bread, which we bake on the spot, calçot sauce from Valls, our Poble, or pork loin cooked at low temperature.
