Pablo Wayne and Fernando Moresi, childhood friends, meet again in 2024 in a rehearsal space located at the back of an Equestrian Center school in Banyoles. From this meeting, Atrás Hay Ponis, an electric violin and drum duo, is born.
With a philosophy of instrumental minimalism, Atrás Hay Ponis explores the maximum musical expression with the fewest elements. Through experimentation with effects pedals -some designed and built by themselves-, they create compositions without pre-recorded elements that combine power, emotion and a surprising sound palette, which challenges expectations of what a violin and drums can offer.
